Director

Tony’s background is healthcare. He was a full time chiropractic practitioner for 25 yrs and remains in the profession now as a consultant.

In 2007 he became interested in financial services as a result of his son becoming a financial adviser. Tony trained in both financial planning and finance. He leaves the financial planning to his son now and he specializes in mortgage secured finance.

Tony has over 15 yrs working as a finance professional and has at one time or another facilitated just about every type of loan product there is, including commercial and Self managed Superannuation fund lending.

Peninsula Finance Group includes 2 assistant’s and the business runs via a number of networked home offices. As a consequence of COVID lockdowns we manage to do nearly everything electronically these days including face to face interviews via Skype and document signing via docusign.

We also have an office in Mt Eliza that can be used for face to face meetings Monday to Friday.

The Mount ELiza Office houses a large accounting practice as well as Financial planning which we can utilize for independent expertise when outside our scope of practice.

When Tony doesn’t answer his phone its likely you’ll find him at his third office, Mornington golf club!

Charlotte began working in the Mortgages and Finance industry in 2010, after she arrived in Australia from London. Charlotte began working as a Loan Processor and enjoyed building relationships with her clients over the years & seeing their lives, families & investments over the years. In 2016 Charlotte trained as a Mortgage Broker and began working with her own clients.

After taking a break for a few years to start a family, Charlotte is excited to be back in the industry. She is passionate about real estate and finance. Whether it be buying a first home, forever home or building wealth for the future with an investment portfolio. Charlotte believes that no matter how many loans her clients have, it’s vital for them to feel like they have the right support team, because she knows that working with a Mortgage Broker can be the difference between a painful, confusing process and a seamless loan application where each client feels empowered in their Home Loan decision.

When she is not in the office, you will find Charlotte teaching Yoga and Pilates at her local studio, making the most of the pre-school days with her two young daughters, and pottering around in the garden.
